You can request the discount if

A) You get the item in a harm/alter condition

We ask for our clients to open and check the item at the season of conveyance. In the event that there is any harm found to the item, please send an email at myindiaart@gmail.com inside 48 hours of conveyance of the item alongside your order number.

We will send you a substitution against the harmed item or we can issue a credit note which will be substantial for one year.

On account of furniture, we even give repayment if there should arise an occurrence of minor harms.

We will bear the cost of sending you a substitution and getting the harmed item got from your place.

Note:

Furniture items can’t be returned for this situation. We acknowledge returns just if the item appeared on the site isn’t according to the determinations.

We don’t acknowledge returns for mass requests also which are more noteworthy than Rs 10,000. We acknowledge returns just if the item appeared on the site isn’t according to the particulars.

We will issue a credit note for the proportional sum which will be substantial for one year.

1) The cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or If you need, we can get the item got from your place and can deduct the charges and can issue the credit note of the adjusted sum.

2) The item must be stuffed legitimately so it contacts us securely in both the cases ( in the event that you are dealing with the conveyance or we are dealing with the conveyance), at that point just a credit note would be issued to you.

The item will be dispatched once we will get the returned item.

Cancelation Policy

For reasons unknown in the event that you don’t wish to continue with the request, advise us by sending an email at myindiaart@gmail.com alongside your order id.

We will scratch off your request and will issue a credit note for the proportional acquired sum.

No cancelation would be engaged for the dispatched orders.
